We have implemented the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to provide a high standard of safety for our customers by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces after each game. All employees wear face coverings and wash hands and sanitize frequently.

A theme based immersive experience that will challenge your wits and your team-building skills through a series of puzzles and riddles. You and your team are given 1 hour to complete a given objective using clues, hints and strategy.

How long does each game experience take?2018-09-24T10:04:35-08:00

We require you to arrive 15 minutes before your game time. Each game lasts 60 minutes, but we need 10 minutes before each game to go over the instructions. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the game will start without you. After the game, there will be a photo opportunity and discussion about your experience. From arrival time to departure, your experience is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

For the best possible experience, we have a maximum limit of 7 persons per game experience.

Yes. Our pricing is structured so as the group size is larger, the price per person is discounted. We also offer deeper discounts via email. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive specials and periodic updates about our upcoming rooms.

All our game experiences are mission based, meaning the goal of the game is to complete a given objective. At no time are you locked into a room. You can leave at any time if required.

Participants need to arrive in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your game start time. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking concerns. Come comfortable and ready to have a good time.

No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no show. There are no exceptions. Please make sure to check your email confirmation for the correct location, date and time of your game. In some cases, you may contact us to see if rescheduling is an option.

The percentage can fluctuate based on the experience level of each group and the number of people you have. At Infinity Escape, our goal is to provide the best possible experience while not sacrificing a challenging game play!

Yes, all our bookings are done as one group. You select and purchase tickets for the number of people in your group. Once booked, that time slot is reserved only by you.
