We have implemented the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to provide a high standard of safety for our customers by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces after each game. All employees wear face coverings and wash hands and sanitize frequently.

What is an Escape Room?2021-05-05T17:03:56-08:00

An Escape Room is a theme based immersive experience that will challenge your wits and your team-building skills through a series of puzzles and riddles. You and your team are given a specified time to complete a given objective using clues, hints, strategy and teamwork!

How long does each game experience take?2021-05-05T17:13:12-08:00

We require you to arrive 15 minutes before your game time. Each experience lasts between 60-75 minutes, but we need 10 minutes before each game to go over the instructions. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the game will start without you. After the game, there will be a photo opportunity and discussion about your experience.

For the best possible experience, we have a maximum limit of 6-7 persons depending on the experience you select.  For larger parties, we can run the games consecutively or two rooms at the same time.

Can the Magic Cottage be played with two persons?2021-05-05T16:56:42-08:00

We have set the minimum and maximum players for each experience to optimize game play, however the Magic Cottage can technically be played with 2 persons.  A 3 person ticket is still required to meet our minimum cost.

What happens if we arrive late for an experience?2021-05-08T14:34:58-08:00

We understand there may be unforeseen situations that arise, however we must maintain a strict schedule in order for all bookings to start on time. If you are late 10 minutes or more from your experience start time, we have no choice but to deduct time from your experience. Unfortunately this may degrade your game experience and we hope to avoid these situations. If you are late more than 25 minutes from your experience start time, we must cancel your booking. For this reason, please make sure to allow a generous amount of time to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your experience start time.

Yes, we frequently offer various discounts. Please sign up for our newsletter or Instagram / FB page to receive specials and periodic updates about our upcoming rooms.

Are players locked in the rooms?2021-05-05T17:34:47-08:00

All our game experiences are mission based, meaning the goal of the game is to complete a given objective. At no time are you locked into a room. You can leave at any time if required.

Participants need to arrive in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your game start time. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking concerns. Come comfortable and ready to have a good time.

Can I get a refund?2021-05-05T17:37:02-08:00

No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no show. There are no exceptions. Please make sure to check your email confirmation for the correct location, date and time of your game. In some cases, you may contact us to see if rescheduling is an option.

The percentage can fluctuate based on the experience level of each group and the number of people you have. At Infinity Escape, our goal is to provide the best possible experience while not sacrificing a challenging game play!

Yes, all our bookings are done as one group. You select and purchase tickets for the number of people in your group. Once booked, that time slot is reserved only by you and your group.

There are currently no live actors in any of our experiences.

Can I add more persons to my group after booking?2021-05-08T13:39:59-08:00

Yes, you are able to purchase additional persons up the the maximum number of players for that experience when you arrive.

Is there an age limit for your experiences?2021-05-08T13:47:06-08:00

We do not have any specific age limits, however without an adult we recommend players 13 or older due to the level of difficulty.  If accompanied by an adult we recommend at least 6 years of age.
